Cluster behavior is widely found in nature, and the formation of aggregation and vortex can be formed between individuals through simple interaction rules. The theory of this development has been applied in emergency events such as multi-body coordination control and panic evacuation. If we can delve into the characteristics of the cluster in space-time and take these factors into the model,it is beneficial to more realistic description of the complex system model and to explore the behavioral mechanisms and functions of the exploration. Thus,it provides a new perspective for the full cognitive cluster system and provides theoretical guidance for the construction of cluster society. For microscopic clusters, immune cells serve as a key line of defense against the invasion of foreign viruses and cells.Immune monocytes continue to move and migrate during the response and cooperate with other types of cells to jointly play an immune role. However, little is known about monocyte immunity, and their behavior patterns and physiological activation mechanisms are not fully understood. In order to explore the mechanism and activation mechanism of monocytes in the immune response, the cell trajectory was reconstructed based on time-series images, and it was found that the cell movement conformed to the exponential truncation mode, and there was contact with other individuals during the movement. After in vitro experiments,it was pointed out that contact behavior has a promoting effect on cell activation. And by comparing different random walk models, the relationship between cell movement pattern and activation is expounded. In terms of macro-cluster,in order to meet people's increasing traffic demand and ease traffic pressure, people have turned their attention to underground rail transit(subway),which as a public transport provides strong support for the modernization of the city. This article collects population density data as well as subway network topology and address location information. It is found that in space, the population distribution conforms to power law attenuation.By taking demographic factors into the model, the key nodes in the network are identified, and the correlation analysis of the intermediary and weight values is done.In terms of topology,it is found that looped networks have lower risks than ringless networks. The mining and modeling of the spatial and temporal characteristics of various clusters are still the current research hotspots.Through empirical data mining and mining mechanisms, linking mechanisms and functions is conducive to understanding various complex phenomena that occur in cluster movements. And it can promote the mining mechanism to the actual human society, and has application value in transportation planning and public opinion supervision.
