The dual mass flywheel is fully called dual mass flywheel torsional damper.It is located between the engine and the gearbox,can buffer the vibration of the engine,and can keep the engine low speed operation,significantly reducing the fuel consumption and effectively playing a buffer role,so as to minimize noise and vibration.In this paper,the dual mass flywheel is as the research object,the main contents are:Firstly,using SolidWorks to model the parts of dual mass flywheel,and using ANSYS Workbench to analyze and calculate the primary flywheel and flange of dual mass flywheel,and the stress danger zone,natural frequency and natural vibration mode of each parts in the maximum torque are obtained.Secondly,the modal test of the primary flywheel and flange is carried out,the corresponding frequency response function curve is obtained,and then the first natural frequency of the primary flywheel and flange is obtained.Compared with the finite element analysis results of ANSYS Workbench,the accuracy of the simulation results is verified.Thirdly,based on the parametric flange finite element model,through the response surface design module of ANSYS Workbench,combined with BP neural network to fit the function relationship between the minimum natural frequency and the design variables,the reliability functional function between the system critical frequency and the minimum natural frequency is built.Using reliability analysis method of the first order and second moment,the reliability and sensitivity of the random parameter flange model are calculated,and the reliability results are verified with the Monte-Carlo simulation method.Finally,based on the reliability robust design theory,the reliability optimization and robust design of flange are proposed.Through establishing the objective function of reliability and optimization,by setting the value range of the flange structure parameters,the reliability robust design of flange is carried out under the optimized target and constraint conditions.The reliability sensitivity of frequency of the optimized flange is reduced,the quality of the flange is reduced,the reliability of the flange is improved,so the purpose of reliability robust design is achieved.Through the reliability analysis of the parts of the dual mass flywheel,it provides a certain way of thinking for improving the quality of the dual mass flywheel.
