A flashlight is a hand-held electronic lighting tool.It is usually composed of a battery-powered light bulb,a focus mirror and a hand-held case.The sights assembled on firearms can be divided into mechanical sights and optical sights according to different design principles.Optical sighting has the characteristics of holographic sighting,internal red spot reflection sighting,laser collimation sighting,etc.Optical sighting has the characteristics of fast aiming and high accuracy.At present,most of the third generation flashlights are based on light-emitting diodes,bowl mirrors or simple plastic lenses as optical systems.The optical system is relatively simple.The light beam emitted is divergent.It is mainly used for night lighting.The light beam can not be emitted in parallel and can not be used as gun sight.Most of the laser sights sold in the market emit parallel light,which can not adjust the size of the beam and can not be used for night lighting.The design of a device that combines firearms sight with the lighting function of a flashlight:a focusing laser flashlight.The task requires laser as light source and glass lens group as optical system.The spot can be adjusted from parallel light to beam expanding light.When the spot is adjusted to parallel light,it can be used as gun sight.When the spot is adjusted to beam expanding light,it can be used as night flashlight.
