As an important part of the wetland ecosystem in the Songnen Plain, the Scirpus planicalmis community has played an important role in purifying polluted water bodies, providing food for rare birds, and creating waterfowl habitats. In recent years, affected by human production activities and extreme climate change, the area shrinkage and species succession problems of S planicalmis wetland have been seriously threatened by the halt and reproduction of herbivorous rare birds such as white cranes in the Momoge wetland. In this study,we studied the spatial distribution pattern of S.planicalmis community driven by hydrology, clarified the ecological characteristics of the S.planicalmis community driven by hydrology, and proposed a plan for Baihe Lake lakeside wetland.Strategies for maintaining stability of the S.planicalmis community The main conclusions are as follows:(1)S.planicalmis communities in Baihe Lake wetlands are mainly distributed in the Etou,Xiemiaotai,Daitou,Nieertu, and Sukema areas;as the surface water depth increases, salinity occurs,Mesophyte, wet, and floating plant communities, the ? and ? diversity of the communities showed a single peak and an increasing trend. There was a significant replacement phenomenon of the plant community composition under the effect of various water depth gradients during the growing season;driven by the cycle and long-term flood The populations of S.planicalmis reached the maximum space occupation level in the middle of the growing season, but the former always showed an aggregate distribution during the growing period, and the latter changed in a trend of aggregation? random? uniform distribution.(2)The morphological and ecological characteristics of S.planicalmis were obviously changed under different hydrological conditions, but the trends of the two were not completely consistent.Among the morphological characteristics indicators, the plant height increased first and then decreased, and the leaf area and leaf circumference showed an increasing-stable trend. The density, spreading leaf number, leaf length, and leaf width in the community were obviously different. In terms of ecological characteristics, the changes in the biomass, specific leaf area, and leaf biomass of S.planicalmis under different hydrological conditions are similar, and stem length, stem thickness, specific root length, bulb volume, number, and biomass all change with time Heterogeneity changes;(3)According to the results of Gaussian model fitting, combining the morphological characteristics and ecological characteristics of S.planicalmis, divide 20.71-27.31cm and 26.03-27.99cm as the optimal water depth threshold under the background of periodic flooding and long-term flooding conditions.(4)Combined with the hydrological situation of Baihe Lake wetland,it is recommended to build drainage facilities and repair culverts around the lake on the basis of timely water diversion, while restoring and maintaining the stability of the flat straw yarrow community in Baihe Lake lakeside wetland.
