The damage of ultraviolet rays to human eyes and skin is well known.In recent years,with the improvement of working and living conditions and changes in lifestyle,especially the popularization of electronic products such as computers,mobile phones,and LED lights,people have been exposed to more blue light than before.The blue light near the ultraviolet band also enters people's field of vision.Blue light is an important part of natural light,and is high-energy visible light with a wavelength of 380 nm to 500 nm.A large number of studies have shown that the impact of blue light on people is dual,and the harmful blue light band is mainly 415nm to 455nm.Blue light can penetrate the lens and reach the retina,causing irreversible photochemical damage to the human retina;(with age-related macular disease(AMD)The potential for damage to the human retina;and blue light from 465nm to 500nm is beneficial blue light,which can regulate the body's biological rhythm by affecting the secretion of melatonin.Therefore,the problem of blue light hazard has attracted more and more attention,and the blue light protection of the eyes has become more and more urgent.In the field of blue light protection today,there are a variety of protection technologies,mainly including the adjustment of light sources and the wearing of blue light protection lenses.This article mainly uses the method of wearing blue light protection lenses to achieve the blue light protection effect.In the field of blue light protection lenses,insufficient blue light protection does not provide an effective blue light protection effect,and excessive protection will affect the color balance and is not conducive to wearing.At present,the relevant blue light protection methods are mainly reflective and absorption.The reflective type mainly achieves high reflection in the harmful blue light band by plating a blue light high reflection film.Although high dose blue light reflection plays a protective role for the wearer,it is other non-wearers are easy to cause secondary damage to the human body;the absorption type mainly reduces blue light attenuation by adding blue light absorbing materials or surface coatings,which reduces the spectral transmittance of short-wavelength blue light,but it is not easy to control the dose of the absorption material and accurate and precise The blue light protection band is very easy to block harmful blue light while blocking harmful blue light,causing the color balance to be seriously damaged and affecting the human body's biological rhythm.It can be seen that the current blue light protection technology has advantages and disadvantages.This article focuses on the problems of optical blue light damage and blue light protection technology,and designed a new type of absorption interference blue light protection lens:combining the absorption characteristics of the film material with the film interference,and implanting the blocking of harmful blue light into broadband anti-reflection In the design of optical films,by controlling the extinction coefficient of high and low refractive index film materials,the harmful blue light from 415nm to 455nm can be achieved to meet the blocking requirements.The other visible light bands have higher transmittance,and the overall visible light band has a lower residual reflectance.This new optical multilayer interference film design reduces harmful blue light(415nm?455nm)as much as possible without destroying the color balance,and maximizes the guarantee of beneficial blue light(band above 455nm)and other visible light bands The transmittance improves the visual comfort,clarity and authenticity.In this paper,the material design:first proposed the use of Cr2O3 material for blue light protection film design;in the structural design:The first design and plating of blue light protection lenses with blue light protection film on both sides,greatly improving the efficiency of the process,The ophthalmic optics field provides a brand new solution to eliminate harmful blue light.
