The genetic information needed to build and sustain an organism exists in the organism's genome,which includes genes made up of DNA.Since the last century,with the rapid growth of genomic data,the focus of genomics has shifted from obtaining genomic data to annotating and mining such genomic data.Genetic annotation of DNA sequences has also become particularly important.Exon recognition of DNA sequence is the beginning of this field.Based on HMR195 data set,this paper proposes a method of exon discrimination of DNA sequence by using the idea of integrated learning,which combines multiple maps with the best window for integrated learning and comprehensive decision.This paper mainly does the following work around exon recognition:1)SCM algorithm based on DSP is adopted as the basic algorithm,as the energy leakage effect and power spectrum edge oscillation phenomenon caused by signal truncation and power spectrum edge oscillation phenomenon are analyzed for DNA sequence in STFT,SCM algorithm is optimized by using optimal window and oscillation point value substitution.The effectiveness of this optimization is verified on f56f11.4a.1.2)for the disadvantage that the feature differences between exons and introns in exon recognition field are too single,this paper sets up the idea of integrated learning,proposes an integrated learning exon recognition algorithm based on multi-mapping optimal window IRMW,and verifies the effectiveness of this algorithm on HMR195 data set3)in view of the non-inclusivity of the discovered IRMW algorithm compared with other algorithms,this paper proposes IRMW-SVD algorithm combined with SVDbased exon recognition algorithm,and verifies the improvement of accuracy and recognition rate of the algorithm compared with SVD-based recognition algorithm in each subset of HMR195 data set.It is further proved that IRMW algorithm can be combined with other algorithms to improve algorithm efficiency.
