In this study,521 pig lungs from 11 cities in Shanxi Province were isolated and identified by means of molecular biology technology and drug sensitivity test,and drug sensitivity analysis was carried out to identify the bacteria causing damage to pig lungs and their drug resistance,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of pig respiratory diseases in Shanxi Province.A total of 133 strains of bacteria were detected from521 lung samples,with a detection rate of 26%,and the highest bacterial detection rate was47% in Datong city.There were 105 gram-negative bacteria,accounting for 79%,and 28gram-positive bacteria,accounting for 21%.A total of 18 species of bacteria were identified by molecular identification of 133 isolated bacteria.The four bacteria with high detection rates were Escherichia,Acinetobacter,Staphylococcus and Aeromonas,which were 26%,23%,9% and 8% respectively.The drug sensitivity test results of the isolated bacteria showed that Escherichia had a high drug resistance rate to compound sulfamethoxazole,penicillin G and tetracycline,Acinetobacter had the highest drug resistance rate to compound sulfamethoxazole,Staphylococcus had a high sensitivity to all the detection drugs,and Aeromonas had the highest drug resistance rate to penicillin G.Xinzhou,Datong,Taiyuan,Lvliang,Changzhi,and Yuncheng all had the highest drug resistance rate of compound sulfamethoxazole.The isolated bacteria in Shuozhou had the highest resistance rate to ampicillin,penicillin G and tetracycline,the bacteria isolated from Jinzhong City had the highest resistance rate to polymyxin B,Linfen City isolates bacteria had the highest resistance rate to tetracycline,the highest resistance rate of clindamycin was found in isolated bacteria from Jincheng city.The results showed that bacterial infection existed in pig lungs in Shanxi Province,and most of them were gram-negative bacteria and opportunistic pathogens.The drug resistance of different bacteria was different,and the drug resistance of bacteria isolated in different cities was different.
