The structure of complex configuration can be derived by topology optimization.But this complex configuration structure is often used as conceptual design structure,In most cases,the geometrical complexity of these designs cannot be accommodated with conventional manufacturing methods.Sometimes,in order to achieve a practical solution,the original design needs to be substantially modified.These modifications reduce the performance of the optimal structure,and in many cases may eliminate the optimality of the solution and make some constraints unsatisfactory.This problem has motivated the topology optimization community to seek solutions tailored for specific manufacturing processes.Intelligent manufacturing constraints mainly include length scale requirements and manufacturability requirements.Minimum length scale control on real and void material phases in topology optimization is an important topic of research.serious conflicts of both the solid and the void phase element densities in phase mixing domains of the topologies obtained by existed methods,In order to solve this problem,a new method for solving the minimum length scale control problem of solid phase and void phase is proposed in this paper,taking the minimum structural compliance as the objective function.Firstly,in order to eliminate the strong contradiction caused by the same smooth Heaviside projection of the existing structural solid phase and the void phase,the synergy design variable filter function of two-phase materials and two different smooth Heaviside projection are introduced to filter the design variables of the solid phase and the void phase respectively;Hence,a reasonable and coordinating structural topology optimization model with the minimum allowable length scale limits on fabrication holes and solid material,is constructed;Being integrated with the MMA algorithm,a new structural topology optimization procedure,dealing with the minimum allowable length scale limits on fabrication holes and solid material,is proposed.It is concluded from given examples that the proposed method can solve the problem of structural topology compliance minimization with the minimum allowable length scale limits on fabrication holes and solid material,and may obtain an optimal topology with more clear 0/1 distribution than the existed methods.
