With the progress of science and technology,people are facing increasingly complex electromagnetic radiation environment in life.The harm of electromagnetic radiation to human body has attracted great attention of the state and industry.The functional design and evaluation of anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing has become the research focus in the field of textile and garment science.In recent years,simulation technology,as a key enabling technology and means to realize advanced concepts such as digital garment design and manufacturing,has attracted the attention of textile and apparel academia and industry.On the basis of consulting relevant literatures,aiming at the lack of digital design and evaluation of shielding effectiveness of anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing and simulation model of electromagnetic radiation damage to human biological tissues,this paper carries out basic research on the application of human bioelectromagnetic model and finite element simulation analysis for anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing.In the aspect of simulation,this paper mainly studies the establishment of clothing and human bio-electromagnetic model,the assembly of human organ bio-electromagnetic model,the establishment of overall simulation environment model,the shielding effectiveness of anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing and the effect of radiation source on human specific absorption rate(SAR)under the premise of the existence of anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing.In the aspect of test verification,this study establishes a physical test verification platform for shielding effectiveness of anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing,carries out comparative analysis of physical test and simulation test results,and verifies the simulation test results to ensure the authenticity of simulation test results.It provides a scientific and effective technical method for the shielding effectiveness of anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing and the digital evaluation of the damage to human biological tissues caused by electromagnetic radiation.The research contents of this paper are as follows: Chapter 1 describes the research background of the subject,the research status of anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing,the relevant background of bio-electromagnetic model,and the application of electromagnetic field finite element technology in anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing.In the second chapter,from the basic theory of electromagnetic field,the protection principle and method of electromagnetic radiation-proof clothing are elaborated.Chapter 3mainly elaborates the design idea and construction method of shielding effectiveness testing laboratory of anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing and shielding effectiveness testing laboratory matched with shielding effectiveness testing laboratory.Chapter 4mainly introduces the method of establishing human bioelectromagnetic model.In the fifth chapter,the method of establishing simulation experiment model corresponding to physical experiment is discussed.Chapter 6 is mainly about the further expansion and application of the overall simulation model.The research results of this subject have theoretical and practical significance,especially for the research and development of protective equipment for medical examination,protective equipment under high radiation working environment,maternity clothing and so on.It involves the establishment of bio-electromagnetic simulation model(radiation source + clothing + human body(including main organs).It can provide research and development of protective clothing against electromagnetic radiation and shielding effect.Prediction provides a method of computer simulation,and can further predict the performance of new composite anti-electromagnetic radiation materials.It also provides scientific technical support for improving the protection effect of anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing on human body,thus bringing certain economic benefits.
