Research On Data Fusion Technology Supporting Precision Poverty Alleviation

Big data technology provides new ideas and methods for precise poverty alleviation,but in the process of practice of large data precise poverty alleviation strategy,there are many problems,such as confusion of multi-source heterogeneous data organization,low degree of cross-domain data association and low efficiency of mass data processing,which seriously hinder the development of advanced technology advantages of big data and affect the implementation effect of precise poverty alleviation strategy.Data fusion technology can integrate the superior information of multi-source heterogeneous data,mine the relationship between data from different sources,and integrate to produce a set of high-quality data sets with richer information,better current situation and more complete semantics.Accurate poverty alleviation data fusion has a large amount of calculation,and the traditional single-machine centralized processing has been unable to meet the requirements of timeliness.Research on data fusion technology of precise poverty alleviation based on distributed computing is conducive to improving the quality and processing efficiency of precise poverty alleviation data and better supporting the implementation of precise poverty alleviation strategy.From the perspective of geographic information science,this paper applies spatial data fusion technology to the field of precise poverty alleviation data fusion.On the basis of researching the methods of spatial data preprocessing,integration,homonymous entity matching and homonymous entity fusion,a rule-driven precise poverty alleviation data fusion method is proposed,which combines the characteristics of complex logic,dynamic change of fusion rules and large amount of calculation of data fusion.This method introduces distributed computing technology,improves the efficiency of data fusion,and introduces the idea of rule engine.The complex fusion logic is abstracted into some simple fusion rules.The fusion engine is responsible for interpreting and executing the fusion rules.The decoupling of fusion rule making and fusion rule realization is realized,which reduces the complexity of fusion logic and supports fusion.Dynamic modification of rules.On the basis of rule-driven precise poverty alleviation data fusion method,this paper designs a framework of rule-driven precise poverty alleviation data fusion technology,and integrates Map Reduce,Postgre SQL+Post GIS,Geotools and other technologies to design and implement a precise poverty alleviation data fusion system.By using this system,the heterogeneous data of poverty,agricultural survey,land ownership and land grade in Bozhou District are fused,and the farming status data of the poor households in Bozhou District in 2018 are derived.The results of the fusion are visualized,and the feasibility and validity of the rule-driven precise data fusion method for poverty alleviation are verified.Experiments show that the rule-driven precise poverty alleviation data fusion method can effectively solve the problems of chaotic organization of precise poverty alleviation data,low degree of cross-domain data association and low efficiency of mass data processing.At present,this method has been applied to the accurate poverty alleviation data fusion projects in Guizhou and Hubei provinces,and has achieved good application results.
