The abnormality of biomarkers such as dopamine and uric acid,as well as the in vivo p H level,are closely related to many diseases.Detection of these biomarkers plays an important role in the early diagnosis and prevention of related diseases such as depression and Parkinson’s.Compared with the commonly used detection methods such as high performance liquid chromatography and fluorescence method,the electrochemical detection method has the advantages of simple and fast,good selectivity,conducive to real-time detection,is a better choice.However,it is difficult for the current traditional three-electrode electrochemical detection system to realize intermittent or continuous biomarker monitoring in clinical medicine catheter,also can not realize the biological signal detection on human skin surface.Therefore,this thesis designed and prepared self-cleaning,antibacterial and p H-sensitive flexible conductive films based on carbon-based nanomaterials.This material can be arbitrarily tailored to meet the needs and realized monitoring of p H and a variety of biomarkers,which offers a considerable potential in the applications of wearable devices and implantable medical catheters.The specific research contents are as follows:1:Successfully constructed a novel electrochemical p H sensor based on amino-functionalized graphene fragments and conducting polymers composite film.Compared to the conventional glass-based p H meters,the NH2-G/conducting polymers composite film-based p H sensor could be a promising contender for the miniaturized and portable p H-sensing devices.2:A universal three-electrode analysis module adapting to on-site electrochemical analysis has been proposed with the MWCNT/PDMS flexible electrodes,and realized the individual and simultaneous electrochemical determinations of DA,UA and NADH.The facile fabricating method,versatile process-ability,low cost,as well as the superior conductivity,are of benefit to the proposed on-site electrochemical analysis in adjoining into many biological and medical applications.3:Successfully fabricated self-cleaning and antibacterial Au@Ag-CNT/PDMS flexible conductive films through a facile molding transfer method.Superhydrophobic of the films can be converted to hydrophilic by electrochemical infiltration,which provides possibilities for the biomedical sensing.In practice,the fabricated Au@Ag-CNT/PDMS films were further applied as p H sensors,intermittent and continuous p H detections from p H 4 to 10 were successfully performed with fast response time and high sensitivity.This material is easy to miniaturize and has good application prospects in the development of wearable devices and clinical miniaturization equipment.
