Fructose and glucose have different effects on human health.In order to clarify their different mechanisms of action,different doses were studied:fructose in three dose groups:low(15g/person),medium(35g/person),high(55g/person).The effect of glucose on the intercellular wireless communication network in humans,the results show that:The subjects significantly promoted the inflammatory cytokines in the body:IFN-?and inflammatory chemokines:Eotaxin,MDC,IP-10,compared with glucose after ingestion of low dose(15g/person)fructose and glucose,respectively.The corresponding rates of change were:13.415%(P<0.05),56.180%(P<0.05),13.551%(P<0.01),39.135%(P<0.05).Since the effects of cytokines and chemokines on the body are achieved by interaction with surface receptors of effector cells,they are non-linear,so a intercellular communication network between secretory cells and effector cells is established.In the network diagram of fructose,there are 26 nodes(cells),and the overall network is mainly red,Snetwork=11183.318.It is indicated that the low dose of fructose is mainly caused by the mutual promotion of cells compared with glucose.In the middle dose(35g/human),there are 5 kinds of cytokines and chemokines which are significantly increased,namely:Eotaxin,TGF-?,GRO,s CD40L,TNF-?,and the corresponding concentration change rates are:13.928%(P<0.05),112.776%(P<0.01),25.613%(P<0.01),67.121%(P<0.05),19.748%(P<0.05).There are 24 nodes(cells)in the intercellular communication network diagram.The overall network is mainly red,Snetwork=13012.624,indicating that the medium dose of fructose is still promoting the interaction between cells,but at lower doses,the promotion is more strong.High dose(55g/human)fructose and glucose relative,only a few cytokines significantly changed:EGF significantly decreased,s CD40L significantly increased,the rate of change was:-15.278%(P<0.05),78.502%(P<0.05).There are 15 nodes in the intercellular communication network diagram,and the overall network is mainly red,Snetwork=5377.14.It is indicated that high-dose fructose is still mainly promoted,but the promotion effect is significantly lower than that of low-and medium-dose.In summary:fructose and glucose are the main mechanism to promote inflammation in the body.Therefore,in today's nutrient overabundance,it is necessary to eat fructose as little as possible to avoid excessive inflammatory reactions,allergic reactions and autoimmune diseases.In addition,a correlation analysis between 38 cytokines in serum and13 enzymes in the central metabolic pathway showed that Eotaxin(eosinophil chemoattractant)was associated with hexokinase,glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase,and3-Phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase was positively correlated with pyruvate dehydrogenase.Pearson correlation coefficients were 0.7765(low dose and high dose mean,P<0.05),0.773(P<0.05),IL-1?and glycerol phosphate,respectively.Acid kinase,phosphofructokinase and pyruvate kinase were negatively correlated.Pearson correlation coefficients were:-0.999(P<0.05),-1(P<0.01),-0.999(P<0.05);IL-8 and isocitrate dehydrogenase and malate dehydrogenase were negatively correlated.Pearson correlation coefficients were:-0.819(P<0.05),-0.973(P<0.01),and glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and aldolase.Positive correlation,Pearson correlation coefficient:0.76(P<0.01),0.975(P<0.01).A variety of cytokines and enzymes showed significant correlation.This indicates that cytokines/chemokines play a metabolic regulatory role by changing the transcription and expression of enzymes in the central metabolic pathway.
