Wheat is one of the main food sources for human beings and many animals,which is widely distributed all over the world.Scab is the main disease of wheat,which not only causes a significant reduction in wheat yield,but also seriously harms the health of humans and animals by eating diseased wheat products.The wheat seeds are diagnosed and selected by the corresponding scab detection technology,which can effectively control the damage caused by scab to wheat from the source.Spectral detection technology has the characteristics of non-contact,no specific environmental requirements,few steps,accurate analysis and short time.It can realize rapid and non-destructive online detection of wheat,which has important significance for improving the quality of grain breeding and quality and safety of storage.At present,the application of spectroscopy technology in crop detection is more and more extensive and rapid development,among which short-wave infrared imaging spectroscopy technology is excellent in the detection industry.Therefore,short-wave infrared imaging spectroscopy was applied to the detection of wheat scab,and its method and feasibility were studied.The development of the spectral data acquisition system was completed by using JabVIEW software.The system can extract a certain spectral dimension data in real time.Splicing the same spectral dimension data at different times in a period of time,and display the stitched image in real time,you can also view the spectral data information of a certain spatial point in real time.Meanwhile it is also displayed in the form of a spectral curve for data processing and analysis.Selected wheat seeds for storage as research objects in the experiment,Using short-wave infrared imaging spectrometer to col lect spectral data of wheat seeds from 970nm to 2500nm,The spectral image is preprocessed by the data acquisition system and the spectrun curve is obtained.The spectrum is compared and analyzed to judge the wheat seed suffering from scab.The experimental results show that the data acquisition system based on LabVIEW can be used for data acquisition of short-wave infrared imaging spectrometer and analysis of spectral data of wheat scab.And the data show that the spectral data of wheat seeds in the range of 1125nm-1600nm is significantly higher than the spectral data of healthy wheat seeds.And the spectral data of wheat seeds of scab in the range of 1350nm-1600nm is about twice as high as that of healthy wheat seeds,and the spectral data gap is more obvious.The experimental results show that short-wave infrared spectroscopy is feasible for the identification and detection of wheat seeds of scab.
