| This paper describes the design and development of a speech tagger. In the first section, the focus is on rough sets theory and neural networks background introduction. It is followed with the detailed illustration/explanation of how the speech tagger was designed and developed by using artificial neural networks and rough sets theory. Finally, the paper presents the experimental results and discusses the main features of the speech tagger with the highlights on its unique contribution and future direction for further development. |
