This thesis is designed for undergraduate and graduate student levels.;With this perspective in mind, I wrote this thesis so that the reader would be able to recognize that there is a difference between learning about communication and the organization, and actually using communication as a part of the organization.;I see communication as the foundation of the organization (Communication is the lifeblood of an organization; if we could some how remove communication flows from an organization, we would not have an organization).;This thesis divided into two sections; the first consisting of chapters one through three, the second section consisting of chapters four through six.;I believe that the understanding of communication and the ability to communicate effectively and successfully are as important to the person entering an organization as they are to the person who is already established in an organization.;Section one involves an introduction and explaining and defining the most important concepts and theories related to communication such as meaning and importance of communication, the communication model, problems that affect communication, barriers to communication, interpersonal communication, and organizational communication.;Section two involves an explanation for the responsibility and objectives of communication in both sectors, how to improve communication skills in both sectors, commonalities and differences between the two sectors, and the conclusion.;This thesis shows how important is to understand the basic concepts of communication, how important to understand how to improve communication skills, and how also important to understand the differences and commonalities between the public and private sector.;The premises of this thesis are based on the personal views of the writer and on the research and documentation of numerous experts in the field of public administration, business, communication, and political science. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Communication, Public, Political science, Private sector, Thesis, Organization | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
