The new short four-step synthesis of ;Two analytical methods have been developed. The first is a method developed for the separation of L-APA zwitterionic diastereomers by anion-exchange chromatography. Four L-APA diastereomers can be separated with one of them being totally resolved. Hydrophobicity plays an important factor in this separation. The second is the development of a nonradioisotopic, fluorescent/spectroscopy in combination with chromatography based techniques for identification and quantification of the PBPs targets of these novel... | Keywords/Search Tags: | Novel | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
