| A Systems Engineering Process is analyzed as a managerial approach to the company "MYCOM de Venezuela." The basis to define the operational and organizational structure of this manufacturing organization at each stage of the lifecycle of their product is developed. MYCOM de Venezuela is a subsidiary of MYCOM Chemical Process Corporation that started operations in Venezuela in 1999 after operating there for several years in the food refrigeration industry.; Through this thesis, the origin, evolution, and detailed description of this managerial process, as well as its comparison with different managerial approaches, are widely discussed. Afterwards the description of the implementation of the methods of process planning, requirement analysis, functional analysis, synthesis, design verification, system analysis and control to the cited company are presented. The results of this study define the basis for the new organization, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses. |
