| Implantable devices are being placed in the body to keep track of the various parameters of the body or the organ they are supporting. For this purpose we would need to design a highly efficient communication system. This project was aimed at designing a cardiac pacemaker antenna that would enable this communication. The present thesis is primarily about the parametric analysis of the dielectric layers around the antenna. Experimental analysis of the antenna prototypes was carried out, and the results are compared with the theoretical results. |
