| This study is an analysis of legal texts from a linguistic point of view.; Three separate legal documents from different time periods, each containing similar contents, will be examined for similarities and differences on the basis of an established model of the characteristics of "legalese."; The results will demonstrate that the legal language being produced today is not substantially different from the one written at the beginning of the 20th century. |
