| This study examines the personality characteristics associated with Registered Nurses (RNs). Thirty RNs participated in the study and completed the Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire, Fifth Edition. All participants are practicing RNs working in the Midwestern United States. The study intends to provide a group profile of RNs, and identify the personality characteristics associated with the profession.
