Abstract/Summary:
This research provides an analysis of the relationships between individual behaviors, and their attitudes toward wireless networking security's common practices. It contains analysis, comparison, discussion, evaluation, differentiation, synthesis, and integration of various elements involved with human attributes, modern wireless networking security techniques and common practices. The researcher conducted the research with two professional wireless working groups using online web-based surveys and interviews to provide necessary data for analysis; it also covers the examinations of various organizational management models, leadership theories, and human behaviors. The findings were not representative due to the limited responses; however, moderate relationships and effects suggest that several human attributes that include personality type, characteristics, dimensions, learning and decision making styles could affect wireless security effectiveness. The information and results can help learners in the academic community for reference, and leaders of organizations in day-to-day management decision making for better effectiveness of achieving organizational goals.
