| The "Family Help Program" is a primary care research program, designed to deliver evidenced-based care to families from a distance using written information, videos and telephone coach support. The FHP covers several areas in child behavioral and psychological problems. One of the problems is night time enuresis in children 5 years of age or older. Coaches call the families and record the information that parents have collected weekly or biweekly. This study installed an automated computer telephony system to create a virtual coach that interacts with patients over the phone and records the data directly into the Family Help Program database.; The user calls the 'Virtual Coach' and interacts with it by speaking with the application. The 'Virtual Coach' recognizes their voice and interprets the results to generate an answer based on the natural language processing results. The program can help the parents if they need any help, skip some questions, connect them to a 'Live Coach', check the captured data before recording and recording their message if they want to leave a message for the 'Live Coach'.; The voice platform consists of different components including voice recognition engine, grammar compilation engine (natural language processing), resource manager (distributed networking), audio engine (text to speech) and a Voice XML interpreter.
