Abstract/Summary:
The objective in this work is to find a stabilizing control for the one-dimensional linear reaction-advection-diffusion PDE system with space and time dependent coefficients using a transmutation operator. This method consists in finding an invertible transformation mapping the given system to a new one whose stability has been proved. A few numerical examples are presented to illustrate the usefullness of the approach.
