Management of user privacy preference in context using case based reasoning approach

The capability of privacy agents to respond to users' privacy preferences based on contextual information can help them to learn and predict decisions based on users' situation. This ability includes learning about the user needs, deciding when his/her private information can be shared and distinguishing between different user situations and preferences.; It is essential to devise a mechanism that support management of user's privacy preference in context where organizations' data request practices can be judged based on the user's current situation. It is from this basis that we present ideas and techniques toward the design of a conceptual model and the Context Reasoning agent for structuring and maintaining user privacy preference in context. We introduce contextual model that captures and structure contextual user's privacy preferences and employ a Case Based Reasoning method as the main reasoning parts of the system.
