| The Web has evolved rapidly and the Internet technology was adopted by many users of many different domains. Web-based Applications present several specific characteristics compared to traditional applications. Their evolution, in particular, is more rapid. The diversity and the increasing number of Web-based Applications, as well as their growing complexity, all add new challenges regarding their quality assurance. Knowing the multitude of quality criteria specific to these applications, it becomes imperative to develop approaches and tools facilitating their assessment. We present, in this work, a tool (called WebQuality) allowing a quantitative evaluation of several criteria related to Web-based Applications usability. |
