We investigated a new drug delivery system based on biodegradable and biocompatible nanoparticles using poly(glutamic acid) and poly(Iactic acid) polymers.;The particles are made of a brushed poly(glutamic acid) core where the drug can be loaded, surrounded by a poly(lactic acid) hydrophobic layer acting as a seal. The nano-objects are decorated with a 12 amino acid peptides commonly called TAT and known for increasing cellular uptake.;Classical characterization of the polymer synthesized has been performed. In addition, we studied the conformation of the particle by means of dynamic light scattering and multi angle laser light scattering.
