China's economy is entering a transition period,consumption upgrading and the young generation's consumer demand are testing the comprehensive strength of liquor companies,the brutal competition,the living stress from survival of the fittest,the Uncertainty of Development Environment,all of these prompt liquor companies to involved new development field with Diversified investment,Seek new profit growth direction,keep Steady profitability,Reduce development risks,Enhance corporate value.however,can the diversified input make an impact on corporate value?However,whether diversified investment is effective in enhancing enterprise value and whether this effect has time delay needs to be further research.In this paper,Wuliangye Group Co.,Ltd.is used as the research object.based on the previous researches,firstly Analyze the Connotation and interaction of diversification and corporate value theory.secondly do a Further research about Wuliangye's current situation of diversification and Corporation value,Analyze its comprehensive ability level.Thirdly Define validity criteria,Select alcohol and non-alcohol as independent variables,bring in control variables,Build a Multiple Linear Regression Model.By Sorting and calculating related data ? Running the software to do Empirical Research about Correlation,regression analysis,Hysteresis test and so on.Explore the effectiveness of diversified investment based on corporate value.In the end,get conclusion that Diversified inputs have a positive impact on corporate value,and Alcoholic and non-alcoholic inputs have a lagging effect.Alcoholic inputs lag may be one year,the strength change from strong to weak.However non-alcoholic inputs lag may be two year,the strength change from weak to strong.On the basis of this conclusion,this paper proposes a series of optimization recommendations to improve the effectiveness of diversified investment and Provide meaningful reference for the enhancement of corporate value.
