| As the arrangement of the corporate management system that integrates the concept of ‘Partnership’ under the corporate system,the System of Business Partnership has become a hot question of two fields both theory and practice.Taking Yonghui supermarket as a case study object,this paper analyzes the System of Business Partnership of Yonghui supermarket by combining Beyond Property Right Theory,Human Capital Theory and Share Economy Theory.This paper holds that the essence of the System of Business Partnership is an institutional practice of sharing residual claims of enterprises with critical human capital.Starting from the motivation of implement system,found that the partner system from the organization and management structure,human capital input-output efficiency,cost control ability and operation efficiency of four aspects have a positive impact on the Yonghui supermarket,for expansion strategy and guarantees against external business risks.From the enterprise System of Business Partnership of real estate company Vanke to the lakeside System of Business Partnership of Internet e-commerce company Alibaba to the partnership plan of Fosun group,the System of Business Partnership has been widely used to motivate and restrain knowledge workers.This paper discusses the theoretical significance of the System of Business Partnership.For the first time,the System of Business Partnership of Yonghui,which takes all the front-line employees as the incentive object,expands the universal applicability of the System of Business Partnership. |
