Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Large-scale Cultivation In Tongchuan

Chinese medicine large-scale Cultivation is an important part of Chinese medicine industry.It's scale,seed and seedling source,mechanized processing and other aspects directly affect the development of the industry.As a resource-based city that thrives on coal,with its coal resources is drying up,Tongchuan has shifted its development thought back to traditional Chinese medicine industry.At present,a number of large-scale Cultivation bases and cooperatives have been established,such as Sunyuan town and Xiaoqiu town in Yaozhou District,and large-scale production of Chinese medicine in Tongchuan has been preliminarily formed.There are more than 100,000 mu of Chinese medicine have planted in Tongchuan currently.The industry involves different sectors such as production,processing,transportation and marketing.Now,the scale production of Chinese herbal medicines in Tongchuan has achieved initial success,but there are also several typical problems,such as poor geological conditions,difficulties in industrialization,and problems of professional personnel and so on.Therefore,this article takes the scale production as the research topic,takes the Tongchuan Chinese medicinal materials industry as the research object,and discusses the Tongchuan Chinese medicinal materials scale production question and the countermeasure.On the basis of combing the previous research results,on the basis of the scale economy theory,the agricultural intensive theory and so on,this paper adopts the empirical analysis and the standard analysis method,then establishes an AHP system for evaluating the scale production of Chinese medicinal materials in Tongchuan.Combining with interviews with local farmers,distributors,government management agencies and personnel,as well as industry experts involved in the process of large-scale cultivation,this paper evaluates the current situation of Chinese herbal medicine production in Tongchuan,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes,and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions and effective policies.The study shows that the main problems existing in the large-scale production of Chinese medicinal materials in Tongchuan at present are: Less labor input,the low degree of mechanization,lack of professionals,small scale of fresh production;The problem of Chinese medicinal plants are: High cost of field management,lack of seedling source.These are the problems in the large scale production of Tongchuan's Chinese herbal medicines,and then the specific analysis of each of the different problems,combined with interviews withfarmers,distributors,experts,government officials and leaders,analyze the problems from different perspectives,analyze the causes of the problems and propose solutions and suggest to improve the welfare of the industry,actively cooperate with enterprises and institutions in Colleges and universities to introduce talents,technology and equipment,provide management and processing guidance,encourage social capital investment,and increase the policy preference of relevant industries.
