Research Of Food Safety Supervision Of Online Meal Ordering In Wenzhou

Food safety supervision of online meal ordering in Wenzhou is studied in this paper.Online meal ordering is ordering meals in the website of the restaurant or ordering meals in app platform by internet.It combines the offline restaurant with online ordering,customers can order meals online.It breaks the traditional pattern which needs customers go to the restaurant,then check the environment of the restaurant,the meals,the health certificate,the business license,last,the customers will decide whether to eat here or not.Wenzhou online catering industry is developing rapidly,there are four main platforms in Wenzhou,the Ele.me and Meituan platform take a large proportion.Food is the most important thing to people and safety is the most important thing to food.The safety of food is very important.By the end of July 2018,there was more than 35000 online restaurants in Wenzhou,12553 online restaurants had been found the illegal behavior,11423 restaurants were been offline.There’s little research on food safety supervision of online meal ordering in Wenzhou,this paper systematizes the existing problems in food safety supervision of online ordering in Wenzhou,then find out the internal cause and propose a solution.This paper starts from the aspects of food safety and supervision of online meal ordering in Wenzhou,using investigation and research and drawing lessons from the relevant research results at home and abroad,improving the methods of Wenzhou government’s supervising the food safety of online meal ordering,exploring the government make muti-parties work together with the food safety of online meal ordering.In this paper,through collecting,accessing to the food safety supervision of domestic and foreign online meal ordering,food safety-related journals,papers,works,looking up the relevant laws and regulations on food supervision.Making a preliminary understanding of the trend and previous research results of the food safety of supervision in online meal ordering.Then,statistics are made on the situation encountered by customers in ordering meals online and the measures taken when they encounter problems and the factors considered when customers ordering meals online by a questionnaire survey.Finally,through the analysis of the current situation of food safety supervision of online meal ordering in Wenzhou,summarizing the shortcoming of food safety supervision of online meal ordering in Wenzhou,analyzing the reason,working out the countermeasures to solve the problem.This paper starts from the problems existing in the government regulatory department,the problems existing in each subject of providing online meal ordering service,and the problems existing in the basis and means of supervision,based on the cause analysis,it is concluded that it’s because :lacking of supervision,the supervisory staff are lacking of professional knowledge;insufficient equipment;the platform and some of the food operators haven’t fulfill their duty;detection and punishment of illegal behavior and the laws and consumer complaint mechanism and the standard of online meal ordering are not perfect so there’re problems in food safety supervision of online meal ordering.And then come to the conclusion,several countermeasures for food safety supervision of online meal ordering in Wenzhou are obtained: strengthening the supervision,improving enforcement methods,equipment and testing equipment;strengthening the training of restaurant online;strengthening the supervision and reminding responsibility and food safety responsibility of platform;improving the laws and regulations of every link of ordering meals online and detection and punishment of illegal behaviour and consumer complaint mechanism;promoting food safety compulsory insurance;promoting the transparent kitchen;realizing data exchange;improving the qualification of the online restaurant;forming mult-parties joint supervision of the food safety of online meal ordering in Wenzhou.
