In recent years,the rapid development of China's economy,the society steadily upward,residents' income level unceasing enhancement,the people in the financial service standard has been improved,China's banking sector according to the development trend,rise in the round,respectively in the two aspects of quality,quantity,have greater development,and scale above the world's Banks are synchronous development,to seek business opportunities and cooperation partners,new product development bank,mutual benefit and win.In this case,in order to get rid of the fierce competition between Banks,CCB ganyu branch actively develops the banking retail business and promotes the retail business as one of the main business fronts.Under the background of the rapid development of The Times,CCB ganyu branch fully recognizes the importance and criticality of retail business marketing,analyzes the development direction and specific mode in combination with its own development reality,and promotes the formulation,implementation and effectiveness of various policies and systems.Based on the theory of commercial Banks business,market competition theory,etc.,on the analysis of present situation,characteristics and disadvantages of the retail business,etc.,mainly to explore a set of in line with the actual situation,the construction bank Gan Yu subbranch of a bank and can effectively cope with the pressure of competition characteristic optimization development plans and measures,as retail competition strategy as the research one of the crucial problems and conditions.In the end,this paper puts forward some Suggestions from several aspects,such as training high-quality retail business competition team,strengthening risk management,improving reward and punishment system,building excellent management team,and amplifying the brand effect of featured retail business.The innovation of this paper lies in the following aspects: from stocking "live customers" to intelligently acquiring customers,activating stocks,expanding variables,constantly innovating according to the basic principles of "building ecology,setting up scenes and expanding users",relying on outlets,financial convenience stores and community banks,forming a radiation system,promoting "finance+technology" and other forms,and actively promoting the steady development of retail business of Ganyu Sub-branch of CCB.
