Y Agent enterprise is created by Taiwan's "OEM" king Baochen Group in 2007,which products Nike sports shoes.Y company can pass Nike's evaluation in delivery,quality and price,except in the labor management performance is not stable,which has been hovering between red,yellow,bronze,Nike calls it "yo-yo factory",which means the factory is not stable.Therefore,Y company sort out the historical inspection report,finding out the main reasons for not passing inspection are:The factory does not pay attention to the corporate social responsibility inspection;Order is not stable cause working hours without controls in place;the HR staff is not professional causing the error in salary and the self-audit does not reach the designated position,etc.In order to eliminate Y company's labor management of non-standard items and ensure maintaining the bronze inspection result,This article through to the definition of foundry enterprises,labor management,both at home and abroad about the social contract theory of the enterprise stakeholders,multinational company's code of conduct,research of corporate social responsibility's inspection evaluation standard,etc.Based on the theory,combining with Y company's present situation of labor management and inspection report,put forward the solution on upgrading Y company's labor management.In order to solve Y company's labor problem,Firstly we need to make clear of the labor management standards of brands,secondly to clear yourself what labor management problems,thirdly we need to establish self-discipline tools and audit on a regular basis depending on labor standards.Finally,in order to ensure the lifting scheme can promote the goal,labor management standardized should be mentioned in the company's strategy,strengthen the configuration and training of professionals,with more positive attitude and brand communication,seek their labor management guidance and help.At present,the domestic many scholars have done a lot of OEM business transformation and upgrading of the investigation and study,but there is little research on improving the overall human resources management level and performance of the corporate social responsibility by labor management of labor standard requirement.China still is a big manufacturing country,in domestic there is still a lot of foundry enterprises,Hoping this article in the process to solve the problem of the Y company's labor management,which can provide some reference for other domestic brands foundry enterprises in protecting workers'rights and interests,the performance of the corporate social responsibility.
