With the development of the society,the competition in the real estate industry is increasingly fierce.The key for enterprises to occupy a place in the industry market,gain competitive advantages and achieve long-term development is to establish a talent competition mode suitable for their continuous development.Based on this industry background,more and more enterprises begin to introduce competency model in human resource management,in which the competency based talent recruitment strategy becomes a new way for enterprises in the talent competition.Q property is a henan zhengzhou local small and medium-sized enterprise,business covers real estate,property,business,travel,education and so on five big main business,after 24 years development,management gradually mature,but with the fierce market competition aggravate constantly changing with the industry updates,Q company behind human resources management become the important factors that hinder its development,therefore,continuously adjust the traditional model of human resource management to strategic human resource model is crucial.As an important part of strategic human resource management,competency model provides the internal power for the organization it manages.Therefore,it is an important measure for the realization of enterprise strategy to construct a competency model applicable to the company and apply it to the talent selection process to deliver a steady stream of talent energy for the development of the enterprise.According to the business strategy of Q company and taking the key positions(engineering director,marketing director)as the research object,the competency quality model suitable for the company's development needs is constructed,and the model is used as the guiding theory to propose the optimization plan for the company's recruitment management system.This paper summarizes the achievements of the research on competency and competency model at home and abroad,defines the concept and definition of competency and competency model,and lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.Then,taking Q real estate company as the research object,the company's current recruitment problems and causes are analyzed in depth,and the key factors affecting the recruitment effect are summarized.Then,in combination with the company's operation and development strategy,relevant information was collected and sorted out,and the key positions(engineering director and marketing director)that affected the achievement of the strategy were identified.In-depth research was conducted on these positions,and the competency model of key positions was constructed by using behavioral event interview method,questionnaire survey method and expert group discussion method.Then,based on the research of competency model,an optimization scheme is proposed for the recruitment management system of Q real estate company,which mainly includes the improvement of recruitment process,the optimization of recruitment channels,and the improvement of recruitment and selection.
