Along with the high-speed development of economy,people more and more high to the requirement of standard of living,is no longer confined to eat satisfied wear warm basic life,and to eat well,live well is the pursuit of higher level,as the change of national policy,the urbanization construction,more and more rural population to urban population,way of life of"home" in the for life quality rapid promotion,and closely related with the "home" home products also more and more attention,household industry also obtained the swift and violent development.This paper takes A company(also known as "world household square")as an example to analyze the marketing strategy of home products,through the market marketing theory knowledge,at the same time,combining with the actual world home square,deep research from the Angle of marketing development,and household product marketing strategy for further optimization,improve and enhance the world to live in a square in Dalian city furniture industry overall marketing ability.This paper will optimize the marketing strategy of home furnishing products from the following aspects:(1)through the domestic and foreign research status of the home furnishing industry related literature and marketing management related theory to lay the theoretical foundation for the marketing strategy of the mall.(2)the macro environment and industrial environment of household product marketing are analyzed in detail with PEST method and porter's five forces model analysis method,and the internal and external advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the company are analyzed with SWOT analysis method.(3)in the screening and positioning of the target market,the STP analysis method is used to conduct market segmentation,target market screening and final target market positioning of the big world home plaza to ensure the accuracy of the target market.(4)apply the 4P marketing theory to the marketing strategy of home furnishing products,study and optimize the existing marketing strategy from the perspective of products,prices,channels and promotion,and add service strategy to improve the whole marketing strategy to play an important role in the actual operation of the mall.(5)in order to implement the effectiveness of the implementation of the marketing strategy of household products,some safeguard measures,such as organizational structure improvement,team building and service guarantee,are taken to ensure that the marketing strategy used in the marketing of household products is foolproof.
