Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Taxation Service Of Zhaodong Taxation Bureau

Tax service has become an important part of the current tax collection and management work.Nowadays,the level of tax service directly affects the level of tax collection and management in a country.The improvement of tax service level can improve the efficiency of tax collection and management and increase tax revenue for taxation departments.For taxpayers,it can increase the tax compliance rate and reduce tax costs.Therefore,to improve the level of taxation service not only meets the needs of fiscal and taxation system reform,but also helps to modernize the taxation system and governance capabilities.This paper will take tax service as the basic point,under the guidance of new public management theory,new public service theory and tax compliance theory,and comprehensively use the literature data method,investigation and research method and comparative analysis method to study the tax service work of Zhaodong Tax Bureau.Through some actual investigation,it is found that Zhaodong Tax bureau has made some achievements in tax service,but there are still some problems.For example:the awareness of tax service is not deeply rooted in the heart of the people,tax service system is imperfect,the form of tax service is single and inefficient,tax service lacks evaluation and supervision mechanism,and the development of tax service information is insufficient.The reasons for the formation of the problems are as follows: the concept of taxpayer service has not been completely changed,the relevant system of tax payment service has not been formed,the ability to improve the comprehensive level of tax payment service is insufficient,the establishment of tax payment service evaluation mechanism is not scientific,and information tax payment service needs to be improved,etc.On the basis of the above investigation and analysis,it draws on the mature tax service experience at home and abroad,and then proposes targeted suggestions and countermeasures to enhance the tax service level of the Zhaodong Taxation Bureau,including: changing the tax service concept,enhancing the tax service capacity,and establishing Scientific evaluation mechanism,advance tax service information,encourage some social groups to join in tax service,etc.The research in this article can not only provide taxpayers with more high-quality,efficient and convenient tax service,but also allow taxpayers to experience a more satisfactory tax handling experience and sense of gain.
