With the improvement of Chinese economic development level.people's consumption patterns have also undergone tremendous changes.As the tertiary industry tourism,more people pay attention to it.For tourism to be healthy and sustainable.the market alone What cannot be achieved requires perfect public services and a good market order.Problems such as inadequate supervision and repeated construction in the tourism industry require the government to conduct macro-control.The research on the fiscal expenditure of the whole region tourism is helpful to clarify the position and role of the government in the development of the whole region tourism,to promote and perfect the financial theory of the whole region tourism development,to promote the reform of the financial system of the whole region tourism,so that the "invisible hand" and "visible hand" are organically unified.coordinated and complemented in the whole region tourism,and to improve the financial policy system of the whole region tourism.At present.Wafangdian City has rich tourism resources,which lays a good foundation for the development of tourism.The government's financial policy promotes the rapid development of tourism,which is of great significance for the macro-control of tourism in the whole region.However,at the same time,there are also some problems in the fiscal expenditure of Wafangdian's global tourism,such as insufficient total investment.unreasonable capital structure,etc.in order to improve the relevant measures of Wafangdian's global tourism fiscal expenditure.this paper uses the literature analysis method,field investigation method,analysis and summary method to carry out relevant discussion.First,based on the relevant theoretical analysis,the state of Wafangdian's global tourism financial expenditure and a series of important problems in the development of global tourism are analyzed.The main problems related to global tourism were analyzed.Secondly,on this basis,it gives a general description of the experience of domestic and international tourism models and financial expenditure.Later,combined with some problems in Wafangdian's global tourism financial expenditure,relevant measures were proposed from the aspects of increasing financial capital investment,optimizing the structure of financial capital expenditure,and improving the efficiency of financial fund use.Finally,the relevant research on the global tourism financial expenditure of Wafangdian City was completed,the overall positioning of the financial expenditure under the global tourism model,the efficiency of capital use and other measures were clarified,and the relevant methods for improving the global tourism financial expenditure of Wafangdian City were determined and solved.Related issues such as unreasonable structure of tourism financial input and low efficiency of fiscal expenditure policy.Based on the above analysis,this paper completed the research on the fiscal expenditure of tourism in Wafangdian City.This paper defines the overall positioning,quality and efficiency of the fiscal expenditure under the mode of global tourism,determines the relevant methods to improve the fiscal expenditure of Wafangdian's global tourism,and solves the related problems such as the unreasonable structure of tourism financial input and the low efficiency of financial expenditure policy.Through the research on the financial expenditure problems and countermeasures of the global tourism in Wafangdian City,it is demonstrated that the global model is a reasonable choice for the current tourism construction in Wafangdian City.Supporting the development model of the global tourism industry has set a new paradigm.
