This paper use the latest theory,which use the customer relationship management to research the customer relationship of ZRD insurance company.This paper through research background research status at home and abroad to ensure the Significance of customer relationship management in companies.This paper describes the general theory of customer relationship management,based on which,taking ZRD insurance company as the research object,analyzes and finds that there is a lack of understanding of the importance of management concept to customer relationship management in ZRD group insurance customer relationship management,a lack of products sold by the company,a lack of professionalism and service quality of insurance agents,and a letter from the service quality of insurance policies In any crisis,the information system can not provide data support.Based on the above problems,we through the internal and external environment to ensure the importance of the customer relationship management.Thus I have provided some advice,which include:rebuild management goal and accelerate the transformation of business models,enrich the type and the function of the product,improve the mode of the marketing for our agent,strengthen the system of the customer relationship management.At the same time,we should improve our plan.Also we need so many indemnification to guarantee the smooth progress of customer relationship management.It include:organization indemnification,counting indemnification,personnel indemnification and fund indemnification.This paper use many analysis methods to study the customer relationship management for ZRD insurance company.The author use internal and external environmental analysis of the company.analysis of the overall competitive environment of the industry,SWOT analysis to ensure the advantages and disadvantages of our company.Also we should from the perspective of concept,strategy and system,it puts forward suggestions for improving customer relationship management for ZRD insurance company.Customers are an important support for enterprises to occupy market share.Insurance companies want to maintain considerable advantages in the fierce domestic and foreign market competition.Now when we win the larger market to ensure our profit,we must maintain our customer relationship,improve our customer service quality.While constantly looking for new customer groups,we must also ensure that existing customer groups are not lost.So when our company decide to stand at the top of the competition,we must meet the needs of various customers and some customers.The implementation of customer relationship management in the process of enterprise operation and management can make enterprises get more accurate and effective customer information and data.According to these data and information,enterprises can integrate customer information in an all-round way,promote more effective improvement and innovation of enterprise management and business process,so as to make enterprise management and business process more smooth.Customer relationship management can improve the efficiency of enterprises' response to customer needs,meet customer individual needs.In the extend,to improve customer satisfaction with the company.Finally we can achieve corporate maximize profits and achieve healthy and sustainable development of our company.
