D Rural Commercial Bank's Inclusive Finance Development Strategy Research

Thanks to the government's emphasis on inclusive finance,since the establishment of the inclusive financial system,the overall financial services availability of China's inclusive groups has been improved,and the urban-rural dual economic structure has been alleviated,making the inclusive group change.And from the state of poverty,we can share the fruits of economic development and fully demonstrate the social equity of inclusive finance.Based on this,and based on the current situation of Rural Commercial Bank of D,the paper mainly uses the literature research method and case analysis method to study the typical cases of foreign inclusive finance by reading domestic and foreign literatures,summarizing relevant experience,and pursuing the benefits of Rural Commercial Bank of D.Suggestions for financial development.Based on the analysis of the development status of Rural Commercial Bank of D,this paper uses SWOT analysis to point out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges it faces.Based on this,it proposes the development strategy of Rural Commercial Bank of D,namely: innovative produces guide financial demand;strengthening external cooperation;strengthen the construction and training of personnel;customized job manual;spread financial knowledge.And it is concluded that the rural commercial bank plays an important role in the development of inclusive finance,and Rural Commercial Bank of D should formulate development strategies according to actual conditions.
