Research On Matching Steady-state And Implementation Process Of Hybrid Offerings Based On TRIZ Theory

Manufacturing servitization has become the focus of global manufacturing industry,but the priority of manufacturing and service still exists during its implementation process.Compared with developed countries,Chinese manufacturing servitization has particularity.At a macro level,it shows the synchronized advancement of industrialization and servitization,while at a micro level,it shows the relationship between products and services.How to clarify the relationship between the physical products and the intangible servicse in hybrid offerings,and how to solve the conflicts of the complex relationship between the two,have become the key topic of this study.Focusing on the above research questions,this study is based on the related literatures.Firstly,based on the dynamic evolution process of servitization and the Yin-Yang balance theory,the steady-state matching process of hybrid offerings in manufacturing enterprises is outlined.Then,based on the mutual coupling process of Yin services and Yang products,TRIZ theory is used to recognize and resolve conflicts in the process of hybrid offerings generation.Finally,AB company's baby carriage is taken as the research object to verify the scientificity and validity of the above research theories.The results indicate that:(1)Under the servitization situation,the hybrid offerings supply has a tendency to evolve towards the balance between Yin and Yang.The supply of hybrid offerings is driven by market demands and service opportunities,and has become a means for manufacturing enterprises to gain competitive advantages.However,The specific generation process of steady-state requires the matching of Yin services and Yang products,and a relatively stable equilibrium state should be reached under the given conditions,and the dynamic breaking is conducive to the servitization transformation of manufacturing enterprises.(2)TRIZ theory is helpful to recognize and resolve conflicts in the process of hybrid offerings generation.With the introduction of TRIZ theory,the matching process of hybrid offerings,taking baby carriages as an example,can be described more clearly,and the possible conflicts in the process can be effectively identified.Much more importantly,TRIZ theory can resolve conflicts without damaging other beneficial properties,and promote the stable evolution of baby carriages hybrid offerings to the balance between Yin and Yang.(3)The pram is accompanied by the emergence of services in the process of technological advancement.Along with the objective development path that industrialization goes first and servitization follows up in Chinese manufacturing industry,the matching process of AB's baby carriages hybrid offerings has experienced “Yin in Yang”,“Yin-Yang combination”,“Yin-Yang balance”,which further confirms the effectiveness of the theoretical research.This study analyze the matching process to reach steady-state of manufacturing enterprises,and TRIZ theory is used to resolve the conflicts in the process.The results not only enrich the theory of hybrid offerings,but also point out the direction of the servitization transformation of specific manufacturing enterprises.It has certain reference value for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to solve the problems of “path dependence” and “low-end locking”.
