The widespread use of the Internet and the continuous advancement of technology have created greater opportunities for entrepreneurship and lowered the threshold for entrepreneurship.Facing the promotion of policy innovation and entrepreneurship,a large number of entrepreneurial opportunities,personal survival pressure and a perfect entrepreneurial infrastructure,more passionate and capable people are willing to choose entrepreneurship.The innovation and entrepreneurship economy is considered to be an active force to promote economic development.Faced with the huge resource conditions provided by the Internet,the speed at which people want to obtain valid information and match resources becomes slower,and the process is more complicated.With the investment of more entrepreneurs and the increase in the number of venture enterprises,the entrepreneurial survival environment is becoming difficult.The increasing competition in the entire entrepreneurial market has also increased the complexity of the entrepreneurial environment.The government has introduced many preferential subsidies to protect venture enterprises and financial policies to help venture enterprises invest and finance,hoping to create a more suitable startup environment for venture enterprises.However,the failure rate of venture enterprises is still very high.When some enterprises face difficulties in survival and others rely on the Internet and business model innovation to achieve rapid success,business models have also caused scholars to explore more.The business model appears in the form of intellectual property rights with patent protection,which has gained more attention.Therefore,the research on the construction of business models for venture enterprises is of great significance.Based on the Internet perspective,this thesis intends to integrate the growth of entrepreneurial enterprises with the construction of business models on the basis of combing and analyzing relevant literature on entrepreneurship and business models at home and abroad.Hypothetical model.After literature analysis,combined with the research and exploration characteristics of this thesis,comprehensive use of literature analysis,case study,descriptive statistics and other methods,using business model canvas,enterprise life cycle,constructivism and transaction structure as the guide,using case analysis The research method selects companies of Second-board Market with better growth status in different industries for case analysis.Study the business model construction activities of GEM companies during the four stages of start-up preparation period,start-up exploration period,enterprise growth period and enterprise stability period.First of all,use the literature research method to sort out the research status and ensure the rigor of the research.Through the analysis of literature trends,grasp the core of research.Then,based on the theoretical research foundation,analyze the elements of the business model,and build a business model of the venture.The model consists of four stages and explains the rationality of the model.Then,by sorting the sample data of 23 startup companies listed on the Second-board Market,screening the Second-board Market companies' data one by one,and finally determining 5 companies to conduct business model case analysis.Finally,using a case study analysis,a comprehensive model of business model construction for venture enterprises is obtained,answering the question of "how do venture enterprises build business models and what business models should be".This thesis uses a qualitative research case study method to study the relevant situation of entrepreneurial enterprises and business model construction from the perspective of the Internet.The final study found that an enterprise's business model construction activities are not achieved overnight,but there is a process of continuous growth and development.The business model is gradually formed in the enterprise's continuous practice and exploration.The construction of business models is closely related to the growth of venture enterprises.Based on the growth of entrepreneurial companies to explore business model construction based on evidence.The choice of business model is related to the entrepreneurial environment.Behind the change of business model is the driving force driven by the entrepreneurial environment.There are many similarities between the entrepreneurial business model and the general business model.
