Application Of Quality Management Based On Control Chart In Rare Earth Production

Rare earth elements play an increasingly important role in the development of modern industry.Under the situation of increasingly fierce competition in the international rare earth production industry,the quality management of rare earth production has become increasingly important.Due to the characteristics of strong nonlinearity,large time lag,wide operating range,high complexity and many interference factors,the rare earth cascade extraction process is difficult to use conventional quality in the optimal control of the purity and other indicators of rare earth extraction products Management method realization.At present,most rare earth companies in China can only test at the two ends of the cascade extraction production line,lacking quality control of intermediate control.Based on the above background,researching a scientific and modern rare earth production quality management application method has become an urgent need in the rare earth production industry.In this paper,under the background of increasing importance of rare earth production,we study the scientific quality management of rare earth production by combining control chart theory and online analysis methods.The online analysis system performs continuous detection of rare earth extraction and separation production,provides a large amount of data,and uses control chart theory to scientifically analyze the production data and determine the stability,which provides a great help for enterprise managers to achieve scientific rare earth production quality management.This kind of research on production management using the combination of modernization theory and modernization system is still in an innovative position.This article takes a rare earth production company in China as the background and conducts research on quality management issues.The following research work is mainly carried out.First of all,based on the literature review,analyze the current domestic rare earth production theory and process path,and conduct research at the production site of the enterprise to understand the current status and problems of the rare earth production qualitymanagement process and provide a global perspective for the research of quality management of rare earth production.Establish control.Secondly,analyze the actual quality management status actually obtained in the production of the enterprise,find out the problems and analyze them,and find solutions and ideas.Determine the research plan according to the actual situation.Through a small-scale experiment and analysis,the feasibility of the application research of this quality management method was initially verified.Thirdly,the related theories are studied,the practical application is carried out in accordance with the applied research method at the production site,and the control chart-based quality management application is applied to the rare earth production process.Through the research in this paper,it is found that enterprises can use Shewhart control charts to judge the quality stability of the production process,and can scientifically manage product quality.At present,this application has been practically used in this enterprise for several years.In the future,it can be explored in more fields such as forecasting after a longer period of use.It is still necessary to continue to strengthen research in this area.
