Laundry usually incorporates the use of soap,detergents,and water to clean clothes by WASAC in case of Rwanda.Dry cleaning needs technical skill and is preferred when the materials to be cleaned are delicate and cannot withstand the rough and tumble of a hand or machine wash.Due to busy and demanding city life,people are more willing to pay laundry businesses to take care of their dirty laundry.Laundry facilities & dry-cleaning services is an item created by preparing numerous high propelled innovations.The study delivers a comprehensive analysis of the key indicators of customer development challenges on Rwanda laundry facilities & dry-cleaning services market.The study offers in-depth analysis of driving factors,opportunities,restraints,and challenges for gaining the key insight of the market.The study emphasizes on all the key trends that play a vital role in the enlargement of the market.Porter's Five Forces model is used in order to recognize the competitive scenario in the global laundry facilities & dry-cleaning services market.This study incorporates the industry analysis which is focused on providing an extensive view of customer development on the laundry facilities & dry-cleaning services market in Rwanda.The purpose of the study was to analyze the Indicators of customer development challenges on Laundry and Dry Cleaning shop in Rwanda focusing on Muha Business and to find out the customer development,to identify the best combination of the amount of labor and quality of the service to produce maximum profit and engage new customers into the business.The sample was drawn by purposive sampling techniques with 70 sample size.Data was collected using questionnaire with both open-ended and closed-ended questions.Means,percentages and standard deviations were used to describe the demographic variables of the participants.The study inferred that indeed Technical issues,Competition and Customer Loyalties were the biggest indicators on customer development challenges on Muha Laundry and Dry cleaning shop.However,it was concluded that Technical issues are not major indicators customer development challenges.The study recommends that business owners should conduct intensive feasibility study on the viability of quality service and customer loyalties to avoid over stretching available resources.
