In a competitive modern society,the company is committed to reducing costs in order to strengthen its competitiveness.Inventory control is an important part of supply chain management,and inventory cost in supply chain management relates to the cost of the entire supply chain network.How to manage the supply chain inventory has become one of the main tasks of supply chain management professionals.The traditional inventory management strategy can not meet the demand,with the improvement and development of inventory management theory,VMI as a new inventory management strategy emerged,which is committed to reducing the total cost of the supply chain.At the same time consignment as a kind of entrusted sales management model,with the advantages of accompanying the market,dispatching buyer enthusiasm,"VMI + consignment" combined with the sale of products(such as the United States group)this model has gradually been recognized by people.Based on the above background,this paper builds a two-tier supply chain model consisting of single suppliers and single retailers to introduce a three-tier supply chain model of Third-party logistics,and studies the system important factors and coordination of supply chain under different inventory management models.First of all,this paper builds the Stackelberg game model on the retailer managed inventory model(RMI),the retailer managed consignment Inventory model(RMCI)of consignment only,and the vendor managed sign inventory model(VMCI)combined with "VMI + consignment",analyzes the changes of each parameter,and explores the impact of different inventory modes on the operation of the supply chain.The results show that there is only an optimal solution in each decentralized system and the system under centralized decision-making.The total profit of the system under each decentralized model is less than the total profit of the system under the centralized decision-making,that is,the supply chain system under the decentralized model has different degrees of profit loss.Comparing the models under the various decentralized decisions,it is found that the retailer profit in RMCI mode is greater than the retailer's profit in the VMCI mode,while the vendor profit in RMCI mode is less than the vendor profit in the VMCI mode.Then,the revenue sharing and sales subsidy contract are introduced in different inventory modes,the system is perfectly coordinated in RMCI and VMCI mode,and the contract parameter interval of the system to achieve Pareto improvement is given.Secondly,this paper also introduces TPL to be responsible for the logistics services of the supply chain,the price of logistics services for the decision-making unit products,and considers the impact of different inventory management models on the operation of the three-tier supply chain.In this system,TPL dominates,with retailers and suppliers making corresponding decisions based on TPL decision-making results.The results show that the optimal solution under centralized decision-making and the equilibrium solution under the decentralized decision-making are both and unique,the order quantity in RMI mode and the order ingress in the centralized decision-making mode must be lower,in RMI and RMCI mode,the allocation ratio of logistics service costs,the commodity transfer payment price and the retailer's order quantity are negatively correlated,and the commodity transfer payment price is negatively correlated with the logistics service price.Under the VMCI model,the proportion of the retailer's logistics service expenses,the commodity transfer payment price and the order volume are positively correlated,and the commodity transfer payment price is positively correlated with the logistics service price.Then,the revenue sharing and sales subsidy contract are introduced in different inventory modes,the system is perfectly coordinated in RMCI and VMCI mode,and the contract parameter interval of the system to achieve Pareto improvement is given.This paper also has important theoretical and practical significance.On the one hand,the introduction of TPL to enrich the field of supply chain coordination research,and explore the power structure of different supply chain optimization,can enrich and improve the existing inventory management model.On the other hand,with the wide application of VMI and consignment in practice,more and more attention by various companies,this paper can provide the corresponding basis for the specific implementation of which inventory strategy in the practice process.This article has 18 pictures,7 tables and 64 references.
