Performance management is an important part of modern enterprise human resources management,whether it is the realization of the enterprise management strategy,and the improvement of enterprise management status,all need to establish a scientific performance management system,complete ZhongXiaoCheng business is no exception.With the deepening of financial reform in our country and the improvement of the financial system,in the face of a more open and more intense market competition,commercial Banks must strengthen the performance management,and on this basis,an effective mechanism of incentive and constraint,guides the management behavior,strengthening internal management,improve competition ability,improve the management benefit,realize sound and rapid development.Taking DY bank employee performance management strategy research,to DY bank as the research object,which is divided into six chapters,mainly in this paper,the present problems of the DY bank staff employee performance management,analysis of its causes,and puts forward the countermeasures.The first part is the introduction,this paper puts forward the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and ways,and the innovation of the research.The second part introduces performance management related theory concept.The third part introduces the basic situation of the bank and the current employee performance management system introduction.The fourth part finds out the existing problems of DY bank's performance management and analyzes the causes.The fifth part is the strategic advice for employee performance management improvement in DY bank.The sixth part is the safeguard measure of employee performance management.The seventh part is the summary.
