Research On The Debt Risk Management Of JSRQ Financing Platform Company

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,local governments are investing more and more in urban infrastructure construction.In order to meet the capital needs of urban infrastructure construction,financing platform companies have fully played their role in financing local governments.In this process,with the continuous growth of the debt size of the financing platform companies,the company's own risks are also accumulating.This paper,taking Jiangsu subei county financing platform company-JSRQ group company as a case,from a financial,management,legal compliance,the policy four angles to identify the risk status of using hierarchy model for comprehensive risk assessment,using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine index weight,according to the company's actual risk prevention advice is put forward.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Analyze the risk status and problems of JSRQ group;The study found that the company has a lot of problems,such as high pressure to repay capital and pay interest,high asset-liability ratio,weak autonomous pricing ability,lack of high-quality talents,unclear legal compliance issues and frequent changes of relevant policies,and analyzed and revealed the causes of risk formation.(2)Select indicators from the platform company itself,local government and national level,try to establish the comprehensive risk assessment model of platform company,and through the model calculation,JSRQ group company is in the moderate risk range.It shows that all kinds of risks do exist,but the overall risk is still under control.(3)Based on the risk status of JSRQ group company,from the perfect corporate governance structure,expand the financing channels,the use of transformation to improve comprehensive strength,build a scientific rigorous risk control management system put forward Suggestions to prevent risks,to prevent risk of financing platform company provide reference and reference.This study further enriches the research results related to the risk management of financing platform companies,and at the same time,it can provide theoretical basis and guidance for the risk management of JSRQ group companies,and provide reference for other similar companies.
