Research On Internal Control Of New R&D Institutuions

As a new economic power in our country,the new R & D institutes have a lot of problems such as weak awareness of internal control,loose internal control and inefficient internal control.At present,there are more researches on internal control in general enterprises both at home and abroad,and less research on different types of enterprises.At the same time,since the new R & D institutions have their own uniqueness in terms of internal control objectives and risk control compared with the general enterprises,the research on the internal control of new R & D institutions is of special significance.This paper mainly adopts the method of case analysis,and analyzes the present situation of the internal control system of large genes in China with the theory of internal control.Firstly,the general situation of the internal control system of large genes in China is introduced.Then the internal control status is analyzed from the perspective of internal control.Thirdly,by analyzing and summarizing the advantages and problems of the internal control of BGI;In the end,we propose some Suggestions and measures to improve the internal control theory frame system of China’s new R&D institutions.Through the genetic analysis of the internal control in China,draws the following conclusion: at present,the new research and development institutions internal control system is not mature enough,set up a sound system of internal control efforts,not only need to research and development institutions themselves need countries should introduce the relevant system specifications to help new research and development institutions set up a system of internal control.The analysis of the advantages of internal control of large genes in China has certain practical significance for strengthening the internal control management of new R&Dinstitutions and promoting the healthy development of R&D institutions.
