Study On Credit Risk Management Of XH COMPANY

China's finance has been continuously improved and developed since the reform and opening to the outside world,However,the credit risk problems of financial companies represented by micro credit companies have increased the risk of financial business,and have a great impact on the steady development of China's economy and finance.At the same time,the risk management system of micro credit company is not perfect,so the phenomenon of financial repression exists in our economic life for a long time.This paper is based on risk management theory,and use the methods of case studies,induction and other methods to systematically study XH micro credit company credit risk management issues.Through the analysis of the present situation of the risk management of XH micro credit company credit business,we found XH microfinance credit risk management has the following problems: first,the mode of credit risk management is not scientific enough,second the credit business management process is not perfect,and third the credit business internal control is deficiencies,finally the credit risk management the quality of personnel is not high.To solve these problems,we put forward countermeasures including the level of risk management of XH microfinance credit business,strengthening the scientific management level of credit risk,establish and improve the scientific credit business process,perfecting credit business internal control mechanism,based on in-depth analysis of causes of these problems,in order to make contributions to solve the problems of risk management of China's small the credit company.
