With the increasing decisive role of "Internet +" and "Intelligence +" in the allocation of resources,communication technology is playing an increasingly important role in people's lives,and the competition among communication enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.However,how to have a strong core competitiveness in the market? How to stand out among many enterprises? This is an important issue for many communication enterprises to consider.Innovation,as an effective way to build core competitiveness,is gradually attached importance to by communication enterprises.Because R&D team is the main undertaker and executor of enterprise technological innovation,its ability and efficiency is the key.However,there is a lack of research on the role of intermediaries in R&D teams of communication enterprises.The role management of R&D teams relies mostly on command leadership and lacks scientific design of the role of R&D teams.The scientific design of R&D team's roles rely on the analysis of the brokerage roles of R&D team.This kind of analysis is based on each R&D team,and is completed by using social network analysis method when the target team cooperates with other teams to complete the knowledge transfer and exchange in a R&D project.When the role of broker in R&D team is clear,the ability of R&D team will be improved significantly.Based on the above background,first of all,this paper will take the R&D team of XY Communications Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as XY Communications Company)as an example to analyze the R&D status of XY Communications Company,use text analysis to discover the relevant information contained in the company's patent data,analyze the characteristics of patent inventors and so on,andbuild the R&D team of XY Communications Company based on the information shared by the team.Cooperation network.On this basis,from two different perspectives of network structure and knowledge difference,this paper uses social network analysis method to analyze the characteristics of intermediary roles in XY communication company's R&D team,and comprehensively compares and analyses the characteristics differences between the two perspectives.The research finds that the allocation proportion of intermediary roles in the R&D team of XY Communications Company is unreasonable.Firstly,the proportion of local intermediary roles in the R&D team is too large,mostly limited to the role of coordinator,while the proportion of global role is too small,which will lead to the problems of knowledge dissemination and knowledge integration in the R&D team of enterprises,and the inefficiency of innovation.The proportion of multiple roles in R&D team is low,that is to say,most R&D teams have a single role,which will lead to the lack of practical experience in undertaking multi-role R&D tasks and problems in knowledge dissemination and integration.Based on the above-mentioned role-in-the-middle problem,a reasonable multi-role-centered network role management scheme is redesigned from two perspectives of network structure and knowledge difference,and these two designs are applied to the development of Intelligent Cloud optimization service platform of XY Communications Company,and good results have been achieved.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reasonable intermediary role arrangement for the R&D team of XY Communications Company,and to provide theoretical reference for other similar communication enterprises.
