In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become an important strategic resource for enterprises, and enterprises need to use internal and external knowledge to gain competitive advantage.Correspondingly, enterprises are paying more and more attention to knowledge management. Most of the knowledge in the enterprise exists among individual employees.Only when employees share their personal knowledge with others can they better create benefits for the enterprise. Therefore, knowledge sharing is the core part of knowledge management. How to effectively promote members to actively share knowledge has become a problem that scholars and managers must solve. With the refinement of the social division of labor,it has become increasingly common for employees to work in teams. The study found that employees in the team must effectively share their knowledge with other members to achieve team effectiveness.Because the high cost of innovative knowledge itself is extremely high, and there is a contradiction between monopolizing knowledge with high returns and sharing knowledge with high risks, knowledge owners lack the reluctance to actively share knowledge. Therefore, companies need to introduce a series of measures to encourage internal employees to share knowledge.Team motivation encourages employees to generate psychological cognitions related to personal benefits and team performance,to encourage members to actively take actions that are beneficial to the team.At present, because individual incentives cannot adapt to the work style of the team, team incentives will lead to indistinguishable performance. The two have their own advantages. How to choose team incentives and individual incentives is widely discussed, but there is still no consensus. Therefore, this research hopes to explore the role of team motivation and knowledge sharing to explore its role in promoting knowledge sharing and provide theoretical support for management practice. This study explores the impact of team incentives on knowledge sharing through three aspects of research.First, whether team incentives affect knowledge sharing is positive or negative, and then whether team incentives affect knowledge sharing Is there an adjustment mechanism for the intermediary utility and finally the influence of teamwork incentives on knowledge sharing? This study hopes to discuss these three issues. Therefore, after reading a lot of literature and combing the literature and theory, the author analyzed the mechanism of knowledge sharing and team motivation, and introduced the intermediary variable interpersonal trust The interdependence,a moderating variable, has constructed a theoretical model. The author adaptively modified the mature measurement scales involving variables, sent and recovered them in the form of electronic questionnaires, and finally collected 254 valid data.Based on the validity and reliability tests, the data is analyzed and the conclusions of this paper are obtained:(1)Team motivation has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior.(2)Interpersonal trust plays a part of the intermediary role in the process of the influence of team motivation on knowledge sharing.(3)Task interdependence plays a positive role in regulating the impact of incentive intensity on interpersonal trust, but has no significant role in regulating the impact of fairness on interpersonal trust. Finally,a systematic summary summarizes the research conclusions of this paper, and points out the research limitations and future research directions.
