Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Supor’s Working Capital Management

Working capital is the "flowing blood" for the survival and development of an enterprise.The level of enterprise working capital management directly determines the market competitiveness of an enterprise.Good working capital management can not only maintain the daily production and operation of the enterprise,but also improve the overall input and output efficiency of the enterprise,and ensure that the funds in the entire operation process of the enterprise are fully and efficiently used,thereby further improving the profitability of the enterprise.At present,my country’s small household appliance industry is developing rapidly,and the market competition is very fierce,which has prompted the transformation and upgrading of traditional small household appliance companies.However,my country’s small home appliances generally have problems such as high current assets,huge inventory,and credit sales.This requires small home appliance companies to change their backward working capital management concepts and methods and scientifically and effectively manage working capital.This article selects Supor as the research object,collects and collates the relevant data of Supor and 17 small household appliances listed companies’ financial statements in 2014-2018.Use the relevant knowledge of working capital management to calculate and classify from the effective information in the financial statements of these 18 companies.Through the element-based working capital performance evaluation index and the channel-based working capital performance evaluation index,a horizontal and vertical comparison is made to analyze the problems of Supor’s working capital management.Through the analysis of the status of Supor’s working capital management,it is found that Supor’s working capital management mainly has the problems of unreasonable account receivable structure,improper inventory management and short payable turnover period.Then through analysis,I found the reasonsfor the above problems,combined with Supor’s own actual conditions and working capital management related theories,put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures.
